Roksbox can use one of two different screen styles.One is the Standard Poster Screen, and the other is the Grid Screen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Poster Screen displays the major categories horizontally across the top of the screen, and the corresponding items or subcategory lists below each category.Each item or subcategory is represented by a graphic image (poster) which provides information about the subcategory.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Grid Screen has the major categories along the left of the screen vertically, and each corresponding item or subcategory list is displayed horizontally across the screen below each category.Each item or subcategory consists of a graphic image (poster), along with a callout box in the lower right corner of the screen that displays details about the focused item.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Roksbox main menu screen, and each of the media screens (Video, Music, and Photo) can be set up to use either the Standard Poster Screen, or the Grid Screen.Follow the instructions below to choose your screen preferences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Main Menu Screen<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

To choose the screen style for the Main Menu screen, go to Options -> My Options -> Main Menu Preferences -> Main Menu Screen Style<\/strong>.Here you can select either the Standard Poster Screen, or the Grid Screen.Select your screen style preference, then select Exit<\/strong> to exit the screen.In order for the Main Menu Screen style to take effect, you must log off and log back on.To do this, select Logoff<\/strong> from the Main Menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Video Screen<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

To choose the screen style for the Video screen, go to Options -> My Options -> Video Preferences -> Video Screen Style<\/strong>.Here you can select either the Standard Poster screen, or the Grid Screen.Select your screen style preference, then select Exit<\/strong> to exit the screen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Music Screen<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
